Processing is carried out to conduct the vote, provide the widget technically, ensure system security, and prevent misuse.


6. Animal shelter listings in the impactBee animal shelter network

When an animal shelter completes the form for inclusion in the impactBee animal shelter network, we process the data provided therein to create, review, and manage the listing, as well as to contact the animal shelter.

Data processed may include, in particular:

name of the animal shelter,

location or region,

animal shelter logo,

website,

social media links,

description of the animal shelter's work,

name and role of the contact person,

contact email address,

telephone number, if provided voluntarily,

information regarding approximate reach,

consent to be featured in the network.

Only the information intended for presenting the animal shelter within the network is made publicly visible. This may include, in particular, the animal shelter's name, location, logo, website, social media links, and a description of its work.

Contact details of the contact person—specifically email address and telephone number—are not displayed publicly. They are used solely for communication with the animal shelter and for managing the listing.

We do not request data from the animal shelter's supporters, nor do we contact them. The animal shelter retains full control over its own contacts, channels, and supporters.

An animal shelter may modify or request the removal of its listing at any time. A message to info@impactbee.org is sufficient for this purpose. 7. Contacting Us

If you contact us via email, a form, or by other means, we process the data provided in order to handle your inquiry and communicate with you.

This may include, in particular, your name, email address, telephone number, organization, the content of the message, and other information voluntarily submitted.


8. Donation Processing

Donations are not collected directly by impactBee but are processed via the respective integrated payment or donation partners. Where our website or widgets refer to donation opportunities, the processing of payment and donation data may be carried out by the respective service provider.

Under the current integration, donation processing is handled exclusively via the trust foundation Bcause One.

The privacy policies of the respective service provider also apply to processing in the context of donation processing.
